Mr. Scott recounts great memories over the last two years as Scoutmaster. Scouts, parents, Assistant Scoutmasters and Committee members, honored Mr. Scott for humbly serving Troop 4 during it’s Centennial Year.

Mr. Emerson was sworn in as Troop 4’s 43rd Scoutmaster by Rev. Martha Campbell of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Troop 4 Scouts were also honored for their recent achievements, including Eagle Scout, Robert Jorgensen, who received yet another Eagle Palm.
